-
Description of Services – Spiritual Energy Credits
The company provides spiritual services, such as spiritual and energetic work, ritual work, spiritual preparation, as well as spiritual energy credits, which correspond to a specific monetary amount and are intended exclusively for the performance of individual spiritual work in Greece.
The spiritual energy credits do not constitute a deposit product, are not a banking or financial instrument and do not bear interest. They are used solely as a prepayment mechanism for specific spiritual work agreed between the customer and the company.
The company does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial services. The services offered are exclusively of a spiritual and energetic nature.
-
Communication Procedure – Assignment of Work
The customer contacts the company via the website or by e-mail, providing a brief description of the request or the aim of the desired spiritual work.
The customer may be referred to the appropriate spiritual partner. In most cases, the assessment and determination of the necessary work is carried out by the spiritual teacher Alexis Sophos after evaluating the case.
Following this assessment, the company informs the customer about
-
the type and nature of the proposed spiritual work
-
the total fee
-
any specific terms for performance.
If the customer so wishes, they may proceed to purchase the agreed amount in spiritual energy credits so that the specific spiritual and ritual work can be carried out.
-
Conclusion of Contract – Order & Confirmation
The presentation of services or products on the website does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.
The customer's order (via online form, e-mail or other means of communication) constitutes an offer to conclude a contract.
The contract is deemed to have been concluded once the customer receives from the company an explicit order/assignment confirmation, which includes at least:
-
the company details
-
a description of the service or the credits
-
the total price, including any VAT
-
the method of payment and basic information on the execution of the service.
-
Prices – Payment – Taxes
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the statutory value added tax (VAT), unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Payment may be made using the methods indicated on the website or in the order confirmation (for example, bank transfer, card, electronic payment).
The company is entitled to request full payment before starting the spiritual work, in particular where individual, non-repeatable services are concerned.
Receipts/invoices are issued in accordance with Greek tax legislation.
-
Provision of Services – Performance of Spiritual Work
Once the agreed spiritual energy credits have been paid and the necessary information (full name, date of birth, aim of the work, etc.) has been received, the company proceeds with the preparation and performance of the spiritual work in accordance with the agreed structure.
All work is carried out in Greece, at locations and times determined by the company, in accordance with the spiritual and ritual criteria it applies.
The company exercises the greatest possible care and diligence in the performance of the spiritual work but
-
cannot replace medical, psychological, legal or any other professional advice.
The customer acknowledges that the services are of a spiritual and energetic nature, based on faith, personal perception and free will, and that any life decision remains entirely and exclusively the customer's own responsibility.
-
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Where the customer is a "consumer" within the meaning of Law 2251/1994 and the contract is concluded at a distance (for example via the internet or e-mail), a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract applies in principle, in accordance with the law.
However, the customer acknowledges that the spiritual services provided by the company are individualized and often require an immediate start of the work. Therefore, where the customer
explicitly requests the immediate commencement of the spiritual work before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
declares that they are aware of and accept the fact that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed,
then, under the applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply after full performance of the service.
To exercise the right of withdrawal (where and to the extent that it is legally available), the customer may send a clear declaration of withdrawal to the company by e-mail to spec@specmediagreece.com within the statutory time limit.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the company shall reimburse the amounts paid by the customer within the statutory period, taking into account any services already provided at the customer's explicit request.
-
Limitation of Liability
The company is liable only for direct damage suffered by the customer which is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the company or its lawful agents, in accordance with the general principles of Greek law.
The services are of a spiritual and energetic nature; their interpretation and use lie solely within the customer's own responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be contrary to mandatory provisions of the applicable law.
