individual spiritual work in complex love and relationship matters
All services are exclusively spiritual in nature.

4 Communication Process – Analysis & Assignment
(1) The client contacts the company via the website or email and briefly describes their love story, current situation, and wishes.
(2) The company may refer the client to the appropriate contact person. In many cases, the evaluation and assessment are carried out by Alexis Sophos after reviewing the individual case.
(3) Depending on the offer, the client may book a free or paid analysis of their love situation. The purpose of this analysis is to:
-
assess the situation,
-
identify possible forms of spiritual work, and
-
provide the client with a clear overview of possible next steps.
(4) Only after this analysis does the client decide whether to commission further spiritual work.
The company will then inform the client about:
-
the nature and character of the proposed spiritual service,
-
the total fee applicable, and
-
any special conditions regarding the execution of the service.
(5) If the client agrees, the corresponding service can be booked through an online payment link provided by the company.
By completing this booking, the client authorizes the company to perform the agreed service.
5 Conclusion of Contract – Order & Confirmation
(1) The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer but rather an invitation for the client to submit an offer.
(2) The client's request as well as the booking of an analysis or spiritual service (e.g., via online form, email, or payment link) constitutes an offer to conclude a contract.
(3) The contract is concluded when:
-
the company expressly confirms the client's booking (e.g., by email), or

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration by email to:
spec@specmediagreece.com
As long as the service has not yet begun, all payments will be fully refunded in the event of withdrawal.
If the client has expressly requested that the company begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires and the work has already started, the company will refund the payments minus a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
The remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request using the same payment method originally used by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
