Terms & Conditions – Use and Provision of Services
1 Subject Matter – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern
a) the use of the company's online shop and website, and
b) any distance contract concluded between the company and consumers for the purchase of spiritual services for ritual and energetic work.
The Terms apply to all transactions carried out via the website by consumers within the meaning of the applicable consumer protection legislation.
2 Company Details
Company: SPEC MEDIA GREECE – SPEC MEDIA Μ. Ι.Κ.Ε.
Registered office: Odos Agias Varvaras 4, Ellinikou – Argyroupolis,
Southern District of Athens, 16452 Athens, Greece
Contact e-mail: spec@specmediagreece.com
The company is the "provider" within the meaning of Law No. 2251/1994 as amended from time to time.
3 Description of Services – Spiritual Work
The company provides spiritual services, in particular:
-
spiritual and energetic work on love relationships,
-
ritual work and spiritual preparation,
-
spiritual analyses and assessments of love stories and relationship situations.
The services are of an exclusively spiritual and energetic nature.
The company does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace such services.
All spiritual work is carried out from Greece.
4 Communication Process – Analysis & Placing of Orders
(1) The customer contacts the company via the website or by e-mail and describes their love story, the current situation and their wishes in a few sentences.
(2) The company may refer the customer to an appropriate spiritual partner. In most cases, the assessment and determination of the work required is carried out by the spiritual teacher Alexis Sophos after evaluation of the individual case.
(3) Depending on the offer, the customer may book a free or a paid analysis of their love story. This analysis serves to
-
assess the energetic situation,
-
determine suitable spiritual work or rituals, and
-
give the customer a clear overview of possible next steps.
(4) Only after this analysis does the customer decide whether to commission further spiritual work. The company will then inform the customer of:
-
the nature and character of the proposed spiritual work,
-
the total fee payable for such work,
-
any special conditions for its performance.
(5) If the customer agrees, they may book the corresponding spiritual work via an online payment link provided by the company. By making such a booking, the customer commissions the company to carry out the described spiritual work.
5 Conclusion of Contract – Order & Confirmation
(1) The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.
(2) The customer's enquiry and the booking of an analysis or spiritual work (e.g. via online form, e-mail or payment link) constitute an offer to conclude a contract.
(3) The contract is concluded when
-
the company expressly confirms the customer's booking (e.g. by e-mail), or
-
the customer successfully completes payment via the provided payment link and the company indicates its acceptance by commencing processing of the order.
(4) The order or booking confirmation shall contain at least the following information:
-
company details,
-
description of the service,
-
total price including any applicable value added tax,
-
method of payment and basic information on the performance of the service.
6 Prices – Payment – Taxes
(1) All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value added tax, unless expressly stated otherwise.
(2) Payment is made exclusively via the electronic payment methods specified in the order confirmation or in the payment link, such as:
-
credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard),
-
Klarna,
-
Apple Pay,
-
Google Pay,
or comparable methods offered via the payment service provider Stripe.
Stripe is an internationally established payment service provider, and payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections.
(3) The company is entitled, in particular in the case of individual, non-repeatable services, to require payment in full in advance before the commencement of the spiritual work.
(4) The issuance of payment documents (receipt/invoice) is carried out in accordance with the applicable Greek tax legislation.
7 Provision of Services – Performance of Spiritual Work
(1) Upon receipt of the agreed payment and the necessary details (name, date of birth, objective of the work, etc.), the company will begin preparation and performance of the spiritual work in accordance with the agreed structure.
(2) All work is carried out from Greece, at locations and times determined by the company in accordance with its spiritual and ritual criteria.
(3) The company exercises the greatest possible care and diligence in the performance of the spiritual work, but cannot replace medical, psychological, legal or other scientific advice.
(4) The customer acknowledges that the services are of a spiritual and energetic nature and are based on faith, personal perception and free will. The customer books the services on their own responsibility.
8 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If the customer is a "consumer" within the meaning of Law No. 2251/1994 and the contract is concluded as a distance contract (e.g. via the internet or by e-mail), the customer has a right of withdrawal.
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. Timely dispatch of the notice of withdrawal by e-mail to
spec@specmediagreece.com
is sufficient to meet the deadline.
As long as the actual spiritual or ritual work has not yet started, all payments will be refunded in full in the event of a withdrawal.
If the customer has expressly requested that the company begin performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and the work has already commenced, the company will, in the event of a withdrawal, refund the payments made by the customer less an appropriate amount for the services already performed up to the time of withdrawal. When calculating this amount, particular consideration will be given to the scope of the analysis already carried out, the time spent, agreed preparatory actions and the resources deployed individually for the customer.
The refund of the remaining amount will be made within 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal or – in the case of a partial refund – from determination of the amount to be refunded, using the same means of payment as used by the customer in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9 Limitation of Liability
The company is liable only for direct damage suffered by the customer that is due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the company or its legal representatives or vicarious agents, in accordance with the general principles of Greek law.
The services are of a spiritual and energetic nature; their interpretation and use are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where an exclusion or limitation would be impermissible under mandatory provisions of the applicable law.
